Este juego de polea, con tensor y mosquetones es ideal para mantenerte un forma diariamente.Es muy sencillo de montar (viene instrucciones y lo puedes montar de dos formas, aunque si eres creativo le puedes dar mas utilidades), vienen tres mosquetones de buena calidad, una polea, un agarre para la polea, un cable tensor, un soporte de pesas y una barra pequeña para los brazos.(Las pesas no van incluidas ¡obvio!)Puedes trabajar pecho, espalda, tríceps, bíceps, antebrazo, piernas, abdominales, simplemente descárgate una tabla y crea una rutina. Calidad precio esta muy bien, solamente el cable tensor para una maquina multifunciones vale entre 10-15 euros, por lo que esta genial.Nunca imagine que con algo tan sencillo puedes trabajar los músculos más comunes.Lo recomiendo y le pongo ¡5 ESTRELLAS! se lo han currao.
