2nds but still work
Looses 1 star for poor Q.C. These are obviously 2nds as the through hole on the valve doesn't line up with the markings on the knob. They still work. I have others from Harbor freight that line up correctly.

You cannot stop there. 100% air leaks around that. Good for a ball valve
