Good cutters for all types of carpet.

This little tool was impressive when removing our carpet. The curved blade made it easier to guide as I sliced through the carpet. The blades lasted relatively well. One blade did snap, but practically at the end. The second blade was not used, however this item comes with plenty of replacement blades for both knives.

Has made opening all packages so easy and the blades are simple to switch out.

This is easy to use, and made cutting and pulling up old carpeting require very little effort. Recommend.

I do not cut rug for a living. But I wanted to cut up a very large area rug to toss in the curbside trash can. This worked perfectly for my needs. The ‘hooked’ blade is wicked sharp. Once I got past the sewn edges, the blade cut up my rug like a heated knife through butter. Don’t know what else I’ll use it for. Seems a bit overkill to open packages. But you never know when it will come in handy. Well worth the price.

I'm pulling up all the nasty old carpet iny house, and this carpet cutter does the job. Lost of spare blades, easy blade installation/changing, and they're VERY sharp. Cut through the carpet like it was butter.The design is also pretty ergonomic, very comfortable to use. No complaints at all.

This did not work as well as expected. The blade was not sharp enough and did not go through the carpet easily - not even the backing. We wound up just using a straight blade.

This set is perfect for my purpose, which is recarpeting two bedrooms. It definitely is heavy duty and the extra blades are an added bonus. Good value for the money.
