FDBRO Fitness Mask
So far so good, even after a week of Indoor cycling training I am noticing a difference. My breathing going out on Bric runs ( I am a triathlete) is deeper and more controlled. Levels on the Bike are harder the mask is mainly set for a mid level 3 of 6. It makes me breath harder and the workouts feel productive. I have read supporting research papers for this type of equipment and I am hoping for good returns in the months ahead.

Prime version only came in one size
its good but it doesn't fit needs replacing with a Large one M is only one size with prime. Thanks

Almost too good!
This mask is amazing, does exactly what its supposed to.On the highest setting you cant breathe so perhaps don't try that if you're a beginner like me.

Gut aber Achtung
Also die Maske benutze ich immer zum Trainieren. Sie ist sehr sehr super und passt und man kann halt unten an den Regelungen anstellen, wie viel Sauerstoff man bekommen möchte und wie viel auch nicht. Ich würde die Maske auf jeden Fall für trainierte Leute weiterempfehlen jedoch aufpassen, da man im Training sonst sehr schnell schwindlig werden kann.

Les réglages sont plutôt sensibles
Ce masque fonctionne très bien pour mes entraînements avec différents niveaux de difficultés de respiration. Produit que je recommande pour les personnes qui veulent préparer les activités en altitude
