The pencils are the same size as golf pencils but with the eraser and quote. Wanted to give them to my students as encouragement before a big test, but also used them at my husband's birthday party. Didn't get them all back so I assume some of the guest liked them enough to keep! Also game some to my daughter for her students. I really like the encouraging quotes from Eleanor Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, and Walt Disney.

I enjoy having these pencils for my students. They are small for small hands and each has a message of inspiration from a historical figure.

The pencils are cute but small. I ended up returning them because I knew how fast the intended recipients (kids) would go through them.

I decorated my daughter's graduation center pieces with these and they were perfect!! Everyone liked them.

This is the second time I have ordered these pencils. I give them out to my 5th grade students when they have forgotten or lost their pencil. They are the perfect size, and the cost is low enough that I can give them out whenever a student wants one without worrying about it. I love the fact they are presharpened, since it makes less time and interruption for kids sharpening pencils. My favorite part is the motivation quote. With a huge emphasis on SEL these days, I feel like it is good to have positive messages floating around my room. Even if a student loses or finds a pencil they will be uplifted by the message. As an added bonus I always know which pencils I have given out because I am the only teacher in my grade (so far) that orders them. I love them!

Okay, these are a nice gift but the pencils are really tiny. I gave these out to my students and the wordings are the length of the small pencil. This means if a student were to actually use it the wording would disappear quicker after sharpening. If the pencils were longer they could at least sharpen a few times and still see wording at least for a few more times.
