Our Blackberry & Rosemary Aged Balsamic Vinegar is absolutely stunning and bursting with flavour. It's glossy, thick and sweet with no bitterness. The base is our stunning ‘Gran Riserva’, made the traditional way and aged naturally in barrels for years until the perfect balance is attained to call our ‘Special Reserve’. This isn't a reduction, this is a top-of-the-range, authentic aged balsamic from Modena, home of the World's finest balsamic vinegars. The only thing making it sweeter than many others is the passing of time. It has a wonderfully fruity tang balanced perfectly with a subtle herb back note. It works brilliantly with your favourite oil to make the most perfect dressing, but it's so rich and complex we suggest you try it first without oil for a pure, clean taste. It's the perfect partner to goat's cheese salad, roast vegetables or tomatoes, but it really excels when a few drops are drizzled over lamb, venison or any game.
