How To Measure: Take a tape measure and measure around the joint your looking to protect. This will give you a measurement in inches. Use that measurement to choose the right size, so if you're 10" you'll choose the Large. The sleeves are approximately 1" smaller than the measurement, so bare that in mind if you're only just over or under a size. If you're in between sizes you might want to go down a size to make sure you get some good compression!
