I already had two full size foam rollers when I bought this, but I was finding them very difficult to use on my legs. This was SO much easier. I feel a lot more stable when I use it. For the record, I'm VERY overweight, so stability and easy of use are key.With the long rollers, I never really got it down. If you use one leg with the long rollers then they can flip over, but it's hard to get it into the spots I want it to when I use both legs. However with this one, I can have one foot planted on the ground while the other leg gets rolled out. You can then really get to whatever angle you're looking for. And my butt. Oh. man. I didn't realize how badly I need to roll out my glutes until I tried it with this thing.I don't want to say it's life changing, but it is certainly life improving. I bought a second one as a gift!

I need foam rollers that weren’t long, these are the perfect hardness and make recovery easy. These are great for the storage minded customer and are the perfect on-the-go roller if you need to travel with them!

For the price, the value is high. A little too small for your entire upper back but extra firm and easy to travel with or store. Definitely a great addition to an athlete’s recovery quiver.

If you have back issues and need to stretch it out, rolling on this thing once and a while will help you out.My biggest issue is remembering to use it! But, I keep it in the corner out of the way, so it's easy to store. And not too expensive. Really recommend if you have back tightening issues and stretching helps you. For me, it was my lower back. I can hear things popping when I roll/stretch on it so it's doing the job.

I have had many massage rollers since I have been doing sports for 15 years and I know which one is ideal for me, but unfortunately this one was too thick and uncomfortable, although in general it is not bad and its quality is also good.

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.
