Works great. Light and easy to use. Actually very please with my purchase, as this is the least expensive Nordic strap I found quickly searching Amazon, but this strap is well made with good materials. I didn't need club quality, just my home gym. And this Nordic strap is much better than I expected.

DOn't waste your $$$ on the name brand curl straps. These work excellently. I have thirteen racks and two straps per rack so I invested more than just a penny on these and I did the research.Spend your money here

My home gym is a closet that holds my equipment. I pull it out, use it, and put it back. This hamstring strap is a great addition to that. This allows me to do exercises that I wouldn't be able to do without it. I'm still building up the strength to do some of the exercises like the Nordic curl. This strap is great for many exercises and I'm still learning new ones!This strap is well made and it works well with the doors in my home. It hasn't left any noticeable marks or damage so that's pretty great. The adjustable strap is great for easily changing exercises and making the exercise more comfortable to perform.What I liked about it: Well made. Enables several new workouts that I can do at home.What I didn't like: I didn't find any negatives.Overall, I recommend this hamstring strap.

No need to spend more - this thing is exactly as good as the name brand that’s $20 more. The buckle is metal and solid. It’s well made and doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. I was a bit worried about ordering a “knock off” but it’s 100% as good as any of other.

My son wants to focus on his leg strength so I thought this would be perfect for him. It is easy to install and get started with. The material is good quality and he said that he can feel that it is working his muscles. A nice alternative to a gym visit if you want something for home.
