This item was sent to my son. He sent me a picture and it looks pretty good.

My niece drew a picture for us last Christmas that I wanted to turn into an ornament. It was done on white paper with crayons. When the ornaments arrived the plastic was hazy and hard to see through, and the picture was on a dark gray background that made her drawing impossible to see. These were going to be gifts for her grandma and parents, but unfortunately are unusable.

The product is good. Adds a nice and personalized difference to my tree but I paid for 3 personalized decorations and only received 2. Why? They were not cheap and I’m not impressed at all. I need my third ball or please refund me. It’s difficult living in the Caribbean and waiting 2 or 3 weeks to be disappointed in my order

These were bought as a Christmas gift! The plastic isn’t thin and cheap great quality. Easy to open and view as well the pictures are very clear! Beautiful ornaments to get for yourself or for family! They are scratch resistant as well! They can withstand my 2 year old son!
