This is going to be a perfectly descriptive review that gets exactly to the point. I make reviews not only based on my point of view, but I also see it from the angle of those who have occured trouble from the same item and try to address it.Keep in mind this review is for Gen 1 Cruzes (2011 - 2016) With or without the stock pioneer system.Pros:-Totally worth the money, you get a warranty with it too, as annoying as a bad unit may be, to get the one that works makes up for it ALL especially on a chevy cruze.-The newest features, like quick and headache free bluetooth or maybe youll fall in love with the wireless careplay?-This UNLOCKS your cruzes SOUND. So IF you have the stock pioneer system, look no further, be fustrated NO longer, this unit WORKS, plug and play completly. (So in order for it to work with the pioneer, if you remember the disassembly or before you do it, where you pull the top screen out, whether its the actual screen or the small strip info screen, the wires that come from the back of that are the ones you do *NOT* want to put into the new unit. This tesla style unit has connections for it, so for my OCD people youd try to connect it, but if you do it cuts the speakers off, but this is only for the stock pioneer system owners. Zero Splicing, just dont hook up that top part.-The control over your sound is insane, I cant stress this enough... Like forget the DSP even though I LOVE IT, but you can adjust bass frequency, overall power (increases volume), like I can go on, alot of sound tuning tools.-Yeah you can screen mirror....-I can totally use torque on the unit. Bear with me here, I have a bluetooth OBDII and it communicates with the tablet. HOLD ON BARE WITH ME, the tablet hooks up to the obd in the car aswell with the scanner, so you get ALLL the info about your car, I actually found out my fuel pump is failing not my injectors. This alone is why I rather this unit fail and I can just warranty this out forever, all for the low price of 200+ instead of dealing with the stock headunit.-I tested the support considering low overall reviews and not being able to find info on the tesla style screens, let alone the manufacturer, but their support is actually on point. They might be a little busy getting to you on the first contact, and they are across the world so be mindful, but in two days they will have your issue resolved. Email is a option but if I were you, download whatsapp before you buy this. Email was slightly akward honestly, I got a entire chinese email they forgot to translate.-No apparent issues with turning off and on the unit, its lowkey solid and makes me look sexy.-This comes with the adapter cable for the stock reverse camera IF YOU GOT ONE. I know most cruzes dont, but if you have a stock one its a full plug and play. If you dont have a stock one, they give you one, thats really good. No need to buy the adapter cord here.Cons:-Theres way to many pros.-It doesnt have the highest resolution screen, your not getting a Ipad screen, this is a android native system which has its ups and downs, but its for androids so apple users just have to stick with only the apple car play and mirror link 🤷🏾‍♂️-So yeahhh... I has mirror link, but it is not the sturdiest. Id recommend having the 6mb connection hooked up and hanging out of the coin holder area so you can use the USB debugging to actually use the screen to play with your phone, but regardless its buggy, 2gb or 4gb ram, its just that. Overlaps with carlink too which is inconviencing.-Email support is garbage-You dont have one in your cruze for whatever reason, and you act like this little $200 is like the $600+ tesla screens that you see look EXACTLY like this. Theres somthing called over quality and remember this has a warranty...So make a responsible adult decsion. I did install it all by myself. My girfriend thinks im hot because of it and Im blasting 1900Rugrat then flipping it right to Frank Sinatra like a true American 🗣️🦅🇺🇸

I was very skeptical about this product. I figured it was from another country and cheaply made. While that may have some truth to it. This thing is amazing for the price.It definitely has its quirks and it takes some tweaking to get set up the way you will want it. If you are not a person that wants to do that then this is not the unit for you.But if you are patient and take your time, this will work for you. The customer service is top-notch. I mean, I am just blown away by how amazing the customer service is. I don’t know any other company that has customer service as good as this one right here.You will most likely need customer service because there are things that are just confusing with this radio, but they will be right there with you the whole way.My camera was dead on arrival and they replaced it. No questions asked and the shipping was lightning fast..This might be the best vendor I’ve ever purchased from on Amazon!I think I reached out to customer service 10 to 15 times and each time they were more polite than the first. I cannot reiterate this enough.^^

It's not perfect but it looks and sounds so much better than my stock stereo that refused to eject CDs a few years ago. At first there was an extremely annoying and very loud beep any time you touch the screen or adjust the volume with the steering wheel that I had to turn off manually. The music sounds dull until you start playing with the EQ and other sound settings and you can really make it sound good. Even at full bass the stock stereo had barely any low end but this thing had my mirrors shaking at a volume of 8.I watched a YouTube video of someone installing ones if these before I attempted and it was pretty simple to figure out after that. The hardest part is taking apart the panels of the car without breaking something. Those panels cost more than this stereo.I've hated having to balance my phone on the dash to use GPS or having to have a Bluetooth receiver plugged into the aux to listen to music for years so I'm kinda loving this thing. We'll see how long it lasts

Buy it!For the price, this 4gb ram 32gig 8 core processor tesla style head unit is great. Touch screen is very responsive, unit is fast because of the processor and ram.I have heard bad things about these type of units but not with this one! Very happy with this purchase. The 45w amp per speaker helps a lot as well for sound quality.You will need to contact customer service to figure out how to set up the radio for your country, and possibly an update for android auto but the seller responded very fast and everything works great now! Even the back-up camera is really clear quality, which was surprising.The only downside is that you will need to spend time going through all of the settings to accommodate your preferences for everything, but that is normal with this type of thing.Installed this on a 2016 cruze limited btw perfectly! No cutting or modifications required.

The screen is cracked upon arrival. A replacement came undamaged.

This radio is excellent especially for the price! There was an item missing but I reached out via what’s app which I found to be the easiest!! Cause you can see when they view your message and respond, Sophie helped me out greatly and walked me through everything I needed know. Every obstacle i had she helped me with (cause it’s new to me) and sound quality is by far better than my old $1500 Kenwood radio I had previously. The DSP is tuned to the car already, I’m a sound engineer and this absolutely improved my set up especially the EQ app it has is awesome I love it and don’t regret my purchase. Not to mention but the response on the tablet has no lag at all it’s accurate gps even tells you how fast your going and the screen is well lit!! If your looking to buy a tesla style radio for your Cruze this is definitely the way to go!
