The media could not be loaded. I have wanted a sink like this FOREVER! So much so that I am willing to still use it even though it is NOT reversible as described and pictured... the side with the vertical lines looks as it should.. but I didn't want to display that side... the other side of the sink has no pattern on it.. which would have been fine if it were not curved and lumpy looking. Still I accepted that and went with the vertical option. It was installed by my builder anyway. THEN when they went to hook the plumbing up to the sink (after the sink was installed) they discover the drain and trap came stripped and will not seal. Only one side but nevertheless it is still unusable. I emailed the company and they said they would send a replacement part. This was almost two weeks ago now and shipping has not updated and they said that once Fedex picks it up the shipping goes static and it could possible be lost. They agreed to send another replacement... and again the shipping label has been created and not updated in two days. I had to break down and get new traps and parts (at $35 a piece) because I cannot use my sink or dishwasher until this part arrives. Attached I have a video of the faulty part and a photo of my dishes being washed in my sons SHOWER because I have no other options at this time. All in all if the sink were not installed already I would have sent it back and gone with literally any other company I could find. JUNK!
