I don't know why my Acer nitro 5 screen on this almost $1300 gaming laptop died after only 2 years, as a got laptop older that this, but this replacement screen from screen o rama was exact fit. I did have some issues getting a picture initially but that was due to user error. The old screen was down to a 1 inch picture but the HDMI output was working just fine. That is how I knew it was not a problem with the video card but was faulty screen from Acer. Be careful when putting back the 40 pins cable, had to try 3 times it looked like it in but was not and we finally got picture. Looks as good as original works awesome response time still great for games. Package came with tools for removal and installation although I did remove first to verify the screen model. Also comes with 4 tapes to stick screen back in position, I only used 2 make sure screen is lined up just at the line below the camera or else you will see the edge of the screen when replacement of cover is done and the tape is difficult to remove. Thank goodness I did not use all 4 tapes initially. Not to mention same day shipping.Would buy again!

Perfect fit, 140hz 1920x1080.Just take your time and the results will be good. The existing screen has pullable double sided tape as well, just start at the top, get a grip on it and pull up to release.Very happy with the way they packaged the screen with multiple layers of bubble wrap. They included some tools (knife, pry tool, tweezers) and 4 release-on-pull double sided sticky tape. You only need 2 for this installation.

Arrived promptly and in good condition, with a caveat of 3 stuck/dead pixels. It's short of perfection, but far better than the complete failure of my OEM screen.One note is that the replacement screen is not exactly an LM156LF2F01, but a compatible replacement instead - the store listing is a little ambiguous about that (probably to be able to match searches). This is fine for me, but worth highlighting in case somebody cares for whatever reason.Included tools were unnecessary for me, but could useful to someone. Would be nice to have the option to not include it. I have no idea why the set includes a knife but not a plastic pry tool, either.Would consider this supplier again for future parts.
