Q: Can these tile stickers be sealed to protect them with clear varnish or another product

yes, I have applied an oil based varnish. Don't use a water based one. I used Polyvines Extra Pale varnish in an eggshell finish ( satin), had some left over from varnishing my woodwork. Adds extra protection against heat, moisture, stains and cleaning... I have out my decals on the tiles behind my cooker. worked a treat.

Q: Would these cover black tiles?

I used them to cover a painted wall and am very pleased with how easy they were to apply and with the end result. I am sure that they would cover any colour tiles but the shape of the tiles underneath may be visible.

Q: How easy are these to cut. Are we talking normal kitchen scissors ?

Hi, they are very easy, you could use scissors, but I took the advice of previous reviewers and cut them once stuck on my kitchen wall with a Stanley knife, they were incredibly easy to cut, stick down etc

Q: are these removable or permament?

Removeable - you can unpeel them easily enough. If they’ve been on for a long time though you may need to use some solvent to get rid of any residual stickiness.
