Not as good as Ryze
The packaging was small and made it very difficult to get my hand in and out to scoop it.It wouldn't go into solution even if I used the Vitamixer, at the bottom of my cup would be a thick, chalky chunk. Disappointed and switched back to Ryze

Brown clump at the bottom of my coffee
Did not notice any difference in my overall health. What I did notice was the brown clump at the bottom of my coffee cup after I finished. And I even use a milk frother to mix my coffee and creamer.
