Great seat
While I'm not a senior, I did have knee surgery and needed this for a couple weeks while I recovered. This is solid and sturdy for larger people but works great for everyone needing an elevated seat. Might be a bit too big for your toilet area so measure first.

Comfortable and Sturdy
It was not to hard to assemble, tight fittings.I use it over my short toilet without the bucket and I can get up Easily and Happily.Comfort and convenience!!Soft.

This seat was wonderful for me after having knee surgery. I couldn't get up from the toilet because I couldn't push with my legs to rise. It's so high, there was no difficulty at all. It was a lifesaver for me!

Beware males!
Men cannot use this without getting pee on floor. Needs a shield like on little boys potty chair.
