I've been putting this in a mid afternoon smoothie for a week now and it really helps to curb the built up anxiety during the day. I use Ashwagandha specifically for this purpose as each day tends to hold it's own anxiety lately and I need to remove this from my aura as quickly as possible.It comes with a little scoop and has no real taste and does the trick. Recommended to everyone.

I hate taking the big pills so this is a great alternative. I just toss this in my coffee and can barely taste it. Mixes very well and doesn't clump.

Took it and didn't notice much affect over a month. Not a great taste either.

So I wanted to try this as it is said to support adrenal function that should help me (or you) to relax and calm down. It says it will lower stress, provide energy, and help with occasional sleeplessness. Cool. Why not try it. I think it has worked to relax me. I tend to get stressed when the school year stars.What I like is that it is organic and plant based. It is USDA certified organic. No additives, gluten free, wheat free, corn free, soy free and dairy free, with no artificial fillers. Again I like all that. I hate the price. I don't see using it all the time as its pricey for four ounces.Flavor is nominal. I don't really notice it in my coffee but I am good with that. I don't like over powering flavors. The powder form is nice and easy to measure out. Its a solid four stars for me.

Since adding ashwaganda into my daily diet, I have seen a great improvement in my overall stress levels. I struggle with anxiety and tent tend to be a worrior. I have noticed I have noticed that on the days I take ashwaganda I am much more mellow and calm. It has been a great improvement.This brand is similar to most of the other brands I am used to taking. It doesn't have much of a flavor, aside from a slight nutty earthy flavor. I like to add it to my coffee in the morning and it doesn't really change the consistency or taste of it. You can add it to smoothies, oatmeal or whatever you want to without it changing it very much.Something else I have noticed is that on the days I take this I sleep much better at night.The only reason I didn't give this a full 5 stars is because when you consider the amount that comes in this small container, I think the price is high.

You get a plastic jar with 4 oz of organic Ashwagandha powder. It tastes and is otherwise as I expected, and it seems of similar quality to other brands that I've tried. I make a tea out of it in the evenings to help my sleep quality (hot water and the powder, let steep for 15+ minutes, then drink the water and powder together). However, you can just add it to a smoothie or such sometime throughout the day, like my brother. I normally buy an 8 oz bag by another (organic) brand for $7, though, so this seems overpriced.
