Works as intended
Great for water bath better than aluminum foil

Too small for 9in pan
The title says its for a 9in pan but it does not fit. My photos are with a 9in pan and you see that the product fits inside the pan, but when I try to stretch it over the bottom, it doesn't fit at all. I will be returning.

folded oddly when it arrived
this was folded up and tapped really tightly when it arrived and it sis not lay flat at all when I took it out of the package, It is better now after using it once, but still not perfect. The sides ae a bit too low for a water bath as well an steam from the water bath will condense on the sides of the pan and drip down between the pan and the protector... it definately helps keep some water from getting in, but water still gets in. I've found that still wrapping in heavy duty foil, using this protector, and then putting the cheesecake in the fridge overnight after cooking helps keep some moisture out and then any moisture dries out in the fridge.
