We make and sell gourmet popcorn so every event we go to we take the popcorn machine with us and pop it on the spot now we pop a lot of popcorn butter tends to run out from the bottom somewhere not sure where it's not super bad but it does happen this is by far one of the best popcorn machines you can buy get it there is a learning curve as soon as the popcorn starts popping and coming out the top turn off the heat other than that it's worth every penny!!!

It is a little smaller than the one being replaced in the concession stand but the quality and performance makes up the difference. Easy to clean and the bottom warmer tray is nice.

Out of the box quality was really good and there were no disappointments with any of the individual components. The “popcorn scoop” they send you is a joke….just order a real one when you order your machine and you won’t regret it. There is a little learning curve as the pot heats up VERY quickly and you have to turn the heat off as soon as the popping starts slowing down or you’ll scorch the popcorn. We’ve put 20-25 batches through it now and I can tell you it is easy to clean and on point. Very satisfied!

Works Great

Unit showed up damaged, a week of back and forward with the vendor to arrange a 50 dollars compensation for me to keep a damaged unit. Packaging was very poor, this a a heavy unit that requires a solid packaging for delivery.
