Works as should
So far so good. Installed in a small duck pond. Holding water very well with no issues. Was able to trim a little and cut very easy. Was a bit stiff but that didn’t bother me. Should last a long time

Light weight and durable
I purchased this thinking it was going to be absolutely miserable to install. But two people was simple to get it installed. Impressed so far when I was rebuilding the water feature it withstood an oops when a slate stone fell but it didn’t even damage the liner one bit. Highly recommended for the price it held up perfectly to many mistakes that others would have been ruined from. The over all performance of this like is much better then I could have expected for the price.

Better than expected
On first opening I was horrified! No protective bag and the box was made with staples! I expected holes in it for sure. It actually is pretty tough. Make sure to overestimate the size you need. It does not stretch and you will need to make folds as you fill with water. Still got to make the waterfall and planting but pleased with the performance so far.

Tough stuff
This pond liner is tough. It’s not a rubber feeling product and not the easiest to get to conform to irregular shapes. It does conform fairly well once water is in it but there will be creases and wrinkles. The main thing is that the liner is tough to puncture while working with it. A razor knife will cut it easily. My advice is to not trim any of the liner off until you are satisfied with the fit and even then leave plenty of liner on outside just in case you need to make any adjustments. I even rolled the outer edges and hid them under rocks for future pond design changes.I’m not quite done trimming yet, I can do that anytime, but cutting too short is not easy to deal with.I will / would buy this liner again. Hopefully the chipmunks wont chew another hole in it - for a while anyway.

Strong Liner
We had a leak in old liner and just put new one over the old one. No leaks and was actually able to expand pond size as we bought a larger size.

Very accomodating customer service
Update 2: the Company never delivered on their offer to issue a refund. Anyways, this product is basically a black tarp and proved unsuitable in using as a pond liner.Update: After my review, customer service reached out quickly to offer a replacement or refund. There is a possibility that my liner was a resale and that a prior purchaser caused damage to the liner. Since I have already rebuilt the pond with a different liner, I have opted for the refund because I do not wish to rebuild the pond for a third time. I am grateful for an understanding and accomodating customer service for this product.I ordered the liner to use in a fish pond. Upon opening, I discovered a small circular hole in the liner. I assumed this was a manufacturing defect and was able to work around the hole because I bought sufficient liner to use on the pond, waterfall, and bog area. The plan was to stack rock against the sides of the pond. I used a thick pond pad to protect the liner from anything underneath. I carefully placed all rocks and then filled with water. The pond never held water. When I started removing the rocks to look for the issue I saw numerous holes in the liner created by placing rocks against it. The liner was useless. I removed all rocks and replaced the liner with a 45mil pond liner which works perfectly. Save your time and money and do not use this liner for your pond.

Great liner
I'm not sure why people complain about these RPE liners. They are super strong. Not too difficult to install either. Leave it in the sun for an hour and then install it. Very impressed with it. Super tuff material. I have large rocks, pea gravel and concrete chips everywhere during my pond build and no punctures. I will buy another one to put on the whole perimeter as well for when I lay white sand everywhere.

Rinse it well
The liner quality is very good for the price. We noticed an oily film once we filled it which is probably residue from a chemical they put so it doesn't stick together once boxed. We have lost a bunch of fish probably due to the residue.Rinse it well before if you are putting fish in...
