I was saddened to discover that mismatched filler was used in this. If it was a gift I would return it. But it will be a Viking reenactment trinket box. It’ll do.

This is a beautiful well made little container. It has no scent. I have it holding my chapstick in my living room where I want to have one but don’t have anywhere to put it. It looks great hiding it for me. It’s quite small but holds what I want it to. I often drop my jewelry into it too when I’m too lazy to go to the jewelry box to put it away but don’t want to wear it anymore because I’m relaxing. I’d definitely give one as a gift. It’s cute enough for that. Excellent little item for the price. Would also make a nice coarse salt bowl for the kitchen.

Nice shape, texture and size as specified but the color is not AS SHOWN, at all. What I received is much, much lighter, almost a birch or ash wood. So, I just looked up acacia wood, and it truly is lighter, like what I received. So don’t go by what is PICTURED. Go by wording … ACACIA.
