Great, easily moved and sturdy. I'm 6 ft tall and 200 pounds and it supports my pullups and dips. Only thing I noticed is some may find the dip handles to be too wide for people with shorter builds. It was fairly easy to assemble and the overall design is reasonably well thought out. It can be challenging to adjust the height one without assistance.

For the price, this is a very sturdy pull up/dip station. It took me 30 minutes to put together- with the right tools. I used size 14 and 17 sockets, a ratchet, and size 14 and 17 wrenches to hold the nut end of the bolts.For what I need, this is the right setup. There were two types of pull up bars and I bought the one with the regular pull-up bar because I am used to using the bars on gym power racks.The only down side really are the hand grips. Planning to remove the grips on the dip bars and add tape to the dip grips and the pull up bar.Also, for perspective I am 6’1” at 240lbs and this thing is sturdy with no wobble and I don’t have to tuck in my legs for pull ups. After doing research on other power towers and now trying this out, it was 100% worth the money. Just make sure you have like a 9ft ceiling and you won’t have issues.

Assembly is a breeze, took all of 30 minutes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The fact that the height is adjustable, though, is what sets this apart from the others. First, it makes moving the station from room to room easy enough for one person to do. Second, clearance in our basement is 82 inches exactly, so one-size-fits-all stations that are close to or at that height are a no go. (Do I really want to order, receive, unpack and assemble a station with the hope that it might fit, only to find out after all that work that it doesn't?) To my delight, I was able to set 81 1/2 inches as the height of the top of the frame, and this allows me (I'm 5' 9" with long arms) to keep my legs locked straight when doing pullups, which is proper form. The dip station is set at the perfect width, and its height is also adjustable, which makes it great for inverted rows and angled push-ups, as well as leg/knee raises. Sturdy but lightweight--no wobble, no concern the thing might come apart, and no problem folding it up and leaning against a wall when not in use. If you want to get serious about mastering your bodyweight (you can't call yourself strong until you can do pullups) then get this. Also, the packaging it came in was surprisingly compact, so getting it inside and up or down stairs shouldn't be a problem for the average person. Seriously, order this; you won't be disappointed.

Love this thing. Can do a wide grip pull up with this one. Doesn't take too much floor space when folded up. Pretty sturdy with stands open however, if you tie row straps and things to it like I do, you have to be careful because it can tilt. The height is adjustable as I set it at where my feet are just out of reach from the floor (tip-toe height). I'm 5'11" 230 lbs and it handles my weight easy. It can get a little squeaky where the height adjustment twist knobs are but tightening or loosening them a little can help. There are pull pins holding everything in place along with pull/twist knobs so feels pretty safe and secure.

Super sturdy, easy to assemble. Have had it for about a year now and have been using it everyday almost, still holding up strong. Looks good and functionally better than others on the market in my opinion due to solid square base.

This piece of equipment is just what I was looking for ... something lightweight, durable for my weight (180#), portable, and (relatively) inexpensive during Prime week. Package arrive undamaged, all pieces and components were accounted, and it assembled in less than an hour. While they don't tell you what tools you need, you will need millimeter wrenches and/or socket wrenches.

Anyone who works out somewhere besides a gym knows the most difficult body part to hit is back. There’s never anywhere to do pull ups without risking breaking a door’s molding. I work in the oilfield and have an adjustable bench, some adjustable 90 lb dumbbells, and an EZ-curl bar with weights. You can hit a lot of exercises with just that, but the gaping hole in the routine is nowhere to do back. This station is PERFECT.The station is soo stable. I’m a 180 lb man and I can do explosive pull ups and this piece of equipment doesn’t budge. I am able to do hanging crunches, it just helps if you have something stabilizing your back like a tight rope across the frame. This station is not extremely heavy, but it’s high quality, sturdy. If it were lighter weight, I might question its integrity. It’s the perfect weight for me as I can easily put it in the bed of my truck and fold it up every 2 weeks when I go home. The value for the money….I can’t say enough about it. I’ve bought pull up bar set ups that require a door with strong molding that are as expensive as this entire station. It is probably the best bang for buck of all the gym equipment I have, and it solves a problem that seemed unsolvable. The dip handles are just an added bonus. Doing dips outside of a gym has always been another issue that this product solves. I had just given up on dips because buying equipment just to do dips is not a good use of truck bed space.
