Winning Design
My wife and I have tried several styles of air vent and dash top phone holders. This is by far the best design - not just fun and stylish, but functionally... your phone won't randomly tilt to one side, stays centered. We've had it at least 6 months and the phone has never fallen out (clips will sometimes pop and out comes the phone), clip styles will also sometimes press the power or volume button, this holder doesn't do that. And the dash ones let your phone bake in the sun - this one lets you park your phone in front of the AC vent. The only 2 two drawbacks: 1) if your phone as a flip case, it is a little awkward - still works for us though, 2) if you are using a vent style mount and want to run your heater, don't forget to turn OFF the vent behind your phone - actually got ours to throw "overheating" warnings. But these two things would be a problem with any vent style holder, so no big deal. 5 stars. Thank you phone holder with a weird name "redshine" - feels like a refreshing punch to the face...of your competition! lol

great product- great price!
This product is adorable, and serves its purpose. I appreciate that it is a clip and not adhesive; I can bring this along into other cars for road trips or move it in my own vehicle if I find I no longer like the placing. Very easy to secure your phone and I have had no issues with it (my phone) staying in place. Love it~!Not to mention since it is a gravity detecting device there it adjusts itself for different phone sizes- easy and simple!

A little wobbly, but works well
I got this since it has a ballmount. I have a Proclip mount to which I have added a ball plate ($6 on Amazon) to allow me to use phone holders like this one instead of Proclip's crappy universal ones. The Redshine phone holder is cute and convenient, but a bit too cheaply made. It appears that the gear teeth are large and/or sloppy so there's a lot of sloppiness in the mechanism. It holds the phone pretty well and it won't fall out, but it will rotate from side to side when swiping the phone, and when there's not a phone in the holder, it is rattly. But I like the choice of rubber nubs on the posts to accommodate thick or thin phones and they don't get in the way of the screen or the buttons. The air vent mount is crappy, too. It is a metal clip surrounded by a rubber boot. But since I am not using this part of it, I don't mind.I got a Rock Space brand phone holder at the same time as this, even though it costs a few dollars more and has a fakespot rating of C (vs A for the Redshine). Everything about it is higher quality - the mechanism is tight, it is not wobbly, and it has a silicone pushbutton clip for the air vent, but the arms cover a portion of the screen on the sides, which is annoying when using a thin or no phone case - it would be okay if the case was thick. I put it in my wife's car for the infrequent times I drive it.

Simply the best holder out there
The media could not be loaded. I've tried several car phone holders, and this one is by far one of the best. The latches adjust to your phone as you place the phone in the holder making a tight grip, I've been on some bumpy roads and has not fallen once phone nor holder. Need to charge your phone while driving? No problem at all, the little gap on the bottom let's you plug right in.Depending on your vehicle's air vents your phone may block a bit of the AC, this keeps your phone cool, I recommend placing the holder on the right top or bottom corner(depending of the size of your phone), that way it blocks the least air possible. There is only one small thing negative about this, taking your phone off the holder can be tricky sometimes because my phone's cover really sticks to the latches, but I simply push my phone upwards and the latches get loose so I can take my phone out, it's not as easy as the magnetic ones but with this your phone will never fall or rotate while driving.Update: It can get noisy when there is no phone in it and you hit a bump. In the city is not a problem, but in dirt roads can be a bit bothering.

Nice but not perfect
First, I like the simplicity of this holder allot. It holds my Moto G6 (.55" with slim case and single card holder) securely after I swapped out to the biggest "feet" . I like that it lifts in and out with no mechanical releases required. I also like that I can plug the charger in while its mounted. That said, I have a couple of minor gripes.1) My phone is ultra slim and it's cased is the thinnest case I can find. I only keep one card in the stick on slot holder too. If the phone package was any thicker, I'd have to pull the largest feet part way ( and glue them?) out to grip the phone properly. I can't imagion what phone would fit in the smaller feet that come installed.2) The mount is a little basic. It rotates but there is no adjustment for angle. The clip on the mount is non adjustable and it's fingers a little on the fat side. I really had to stuff those fingers into my vent for it to hold (to the point that the vent blades are distorted.)Once in, thereis still wobble in the holder.3) Assembly and instalation was not real hard to figure out but it all comes in 3 pieces with no directions at all.Update after owning it a week: I really have topay attention while inserting my phone as the gravity close feature sticks a little. I also need to assure that the edge of the feet catch the edge of the phone. It's not automatic. It has dropped my phone twice in the first week. Also, the mount/phone shakes a little while driving. Enough so that it turns the screen on from it's sleep position like I waas going to use it. I'm likely going to replace this with something a little sturdier.

Cute funny and useful
Look great. Fit large enought for my Razer Phone and it be installed good in my Abarth front vent. It have a small arm that let me give an orientation different of the vent. Nice look when the phone is off.

Fantastic even when just clipped to the air vent!!
I don't affix to the car per se, but just clip to the air vent. Very cute. My littles & passengers always compliment the cute winking face. I don't worry about it falling, as it holds & cradles my phone safely while my car is in motion.
