It outputs the composite video input over coax. Are you wanting to know if it is outputting to an hdmi or component cable?

Is the output signal in stereo?

I don't have one of these modulators, but if you search for the model number you will find that every other seller claims that it is mono. Most analog modulators have two audio inputs for compatibility with stereo outputs, but do not actually produce MTS stereo in the output, instead simply combining the two channels.
