Queen Mattress 10 Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress in a Box - CertiPUR-US Certified/Pressure Relief/Medium Firm Queen Size Bed Mattresses

I'm writing this since I don't see any other way to contact seller, even though seller said to contact them in case of any issue.I had so much of trouble with this order from the beginning - First, the mattress was shipped with USPS and they said they can't deliver oversized item and I have to pick up from their location. And the pick up date USPS gave was after 4 days and I had to wait 4 days and go pickup this huge item from USPS myself. This is not the agreement I had when I opted for Amazon shipment.Now that I received the item and unboxed, the mattress won't inflate fully or evenly. There is a big dip in the middle of the mattress even after the said 72 hrs and the mattress is completely unusable.I am not able to use the return/replace option since they expect the mattress to be returned in the original form, which I am not able to do since it came factory compressed. So I am not sure what to do this unusable mattress.Please if seller is reading this, please find a way to resolve this issue and I appreciate it.

I like the firmness of the mattress, for me , it is match for my adjustable bed , it is way better compare to our pricey Cal King bed but there is chemical smell that lasted for 2 days, I think the chemical smell is for to help the mattress to inflate and keep it fresh. All A plus for this Ablyea .

I ordered a queen size mattress a 3 weeks ago and after 5 days it didn’t expand and was lumpy all over the place. I requested and received a replacement mattress and now the middle part doesn’t expand (see photos) and it’s been 4 days. Really disappointed that Amazon would sell these mattresses and have its customers waste their time. Now I have to find another queen size mattress (from another store) quickly for my guests. It has to be a queen size because of course I bot a queen size bed frame from Amazon and the last day for the return of the bed frame ended 3 days ago. Also note that when amazon picked up the 1st defective mattress they didn’t want to take it because it had to be in its original box? So dumb, how can I put an expanded queen size mattress back in its original box. BUYER BEWARE!

This mattress is great the quality of sleep is great! It was just the right thickness for me!

First of all, this mattress is described as gel memory foam but in my opinion it appears to be only dense foam making it hard as a rock. Secondly, the way the mattress is packaged it makes it almost impossible for it to fully inflate once unpackaged. Both ends inflate but the middle is left crushed and hard not budging. It took us days to fix the issue which involved hours of steaming, heaters in a closed room with the mattress, and me jumping up and down on the bed to loosen it up. After all of that it still isn’t as it should be. Too much trouble to attempt to send back so I have bought a mattress topper that will hopefully help. Even if mattress had fully inflated I would have had to buy the topper as the mattress feels as if you are lying on concrete. HARD AS A ROCK! If I could have given this 0 stars I would have. Worst mattress ever!

When unboxing the mattress out of the plastic sheath, DO NOT us the utensil provided in the box. It was poorly designed and caused the mattress cover to rip upon opening. The blade of the applicator is so tucked into the device, that it makes it a bit difficult to see where you’re cutting or to remove the plastic sheath in general. Especially, since the mattress is expanding from the moment it’s removed from the box, the fabric is almost as loose as the plastic encasing. Highly recommend using scissors instead.The only other issue I found with the mattress was how long it took to fully level out. The book said to wait about a day or two before sleeping on it. However, in my case it took almost 2.5 weeks for it to fully expand. The middle was very much con-caved for the duration of the time, causing unusual sleeping patterns and positions. 😅Nonetheless, I would still recommend this product for its overall functionality, durability, and economical pretenses. It’s extremely comfortable, lightweight, and more than reasonably priced. I personally, was a bit skeptical about the price point being so low. Hence the “you get what you pay for scenario.” Whilst not being able to test the mattress out as you would in store. But, this company under promised and over delivered with the ridiculously low price point AND overall decent quality of the mattress. 🤗

My mattress hasn't fully inflated and it's been a week also my room smells like chemicals because of the bed, the delivery system also was bad cancelled the first order because post man was too lazy to bring me my mattress so I had to go to the post office to grab my item if I knew this was going to happen I would bouht have my mattress directly from the store instead of have to wait for an item that won't get delivered twice

Had high hopes for this mattress bc my sister has it and I loved the feel. I got it and it never expanded all the way! And I can’t return it! Guess you get what you pay for!!!! Just beware!!!!
