No lid for fry pan

None of my non-stick pans were induction burner pans so when I saw this set it was a great addition to my kitchen. I don't use non-stick pans all that often, but sometimes the convenience is nice to have available.The set consists of two pans, a sauce pot, and two lids. The sizes are small to medium which is the perfect starter set size for a couple.I was mixed on how I thought of the steep walls on the fry pans. It can make it difficult to get a turner in for burgers and such as well as the sharp corner is a place to watch out for things hiding out from getting mixed in well. Then I realized the steep walls would allow a layer of oil for shallow pan frying. This would be a personal preference and both the steep wall and shallow slope walls have value.I treat the surfaces perhaps more gentle than I need and I handwash all of my cookware so I can't speak for dishwasher effects. The pans seem study enough I would have to imagine they would go through thousands of cycles of the dishwasher without a problem.The solid rivet connection of the handle gives a good solid grip on the pan. The angle of the handle feels about right for pan manipulation on a standard residential stovetop.Overall, I think this is a nice quality small pan set. I saw they are currently on sale for $37 so I may have to order another set for my niece who is beginning to teach her daughter how to cook.

This came with different pots and pans that what I already have, but it matched, so they look like one big complete set.

This is a five piece cook set where 2 pieces are lids so 2 pans and 1 pot. At the time of review, this set is about $50.I see all the selling points for the non stick surface except what it is. This appears to different than the slightly modern Teflon alternative. The pots are aluminum with some type of steel on the bottom (induction cooking requires magnetic type material).I tried a tomato soup to see if these pots are decent because the aluminum with stainless steel spoons and tools will cause an off flavor and sometimes color, even if coated. Typical for aluminum, the soup was bad tasting.The non stick surface can be scratched just like teflon and it's equivalent. I would still prefer to have cast iron, stainless steel and even ceramic.I have not tested on an induction yet but have tested this with a gas stove and modern electric smooth top range. The pans do conduct the heat evenly across the bottom of the pot and pans but not as evenly up the sides.$50 for so little. Online I can get much higher quality material with 7 piece cookware for the same price. Other brands using almost the exact same materials will contain 13 or more pieces. So for the price and what you are getting, this is very expensive.I do not recommend this cookware set for the materials, versatility or the price.

Pots and pans are a great starter set. Not heavy. Even heat distribution. Easy to clean. Lids fit snugly. Sturdy.

I really like this set! Non-stick? Check. Nice weight? Check. Lids included? Check. Easy to clean? Double check!! Now, if I could only get someone else in my house to cook instead of me doing it all the time...LOL!Very satisfied with the entire set. Definitely recommend, especially at this price point (around $55 at the time of this review).

Not bad

Used the fying pan a month or so after purchase and noticed that it was not even, hence the pan tilts to a side .
