OMG!!! I don’t know how I ever baked without silicone baking mats before. This was my first time trying them, and I was NOT disappointed! They are truthfully non-stick. They bake evenly every time. They are quite durable; my daughter used one directly on the rack for her pizza (she didn’t know that this manufacturer recommends that you NOT do that). It baked the pizza evenly and the cheese came out perfectly browned, while the crust was perfectly crisp. They wash very well in the dishwasher; I just stand them in a slot between the plates. I’ve used these mats to bake cookies, hot pockets, chicken breast, bacon, crescent rolls, and more. Every single item turned out perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend these baking mats! I will definitely be purchasing more for myself and others!

These mats are fantasticThe double variety, the two sizes and the two added silicone additions are a big win in my book. I baked on them yesterday and the ease of placing these mats on a cookie sheet and pan was much better than cutting parchment. It was wonderful and they baked my almond flour cookies to perfection. Perfect ease for cleaning off messy dough. Cookies didn't break. Went from counter to freezer and oven. Dough completely came off sturdy material and was still bendable and dependable.

Buying these baking sheets was one of the best things I have ever done. I make a lot of food in the oven (think like Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken bake or Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas) so I use this a least 2-3 times a week. I only have one half sheet pan so this makes clean up a breeze since the sheet pan is hand wash only. I have used it plenty of times since it arrived and so far everything is amazing. There is no staining, no smells, no melting, and I wash it right away in the sink with the sheet pan after my food is done. This saves me time on clean up and saves me money since I no longer have to use foil to line my pan. I have not used the smaller of the sheets but the sheets that fit the half sheet pans are my new favorite kitchen utensil!

Now that we're doing a whole lot more home cooking, we finally bit the bullet and bought some silicone baking mats. We chose Rozotti because of the reasonable price and the good reviews, and we're happy to say we are definitely not disappointed. These mats are great! We've used them for both baking and food prep, and were overjoyed to find out that they hold a light coating of flour perfectly, so if you've ever wondered how to put out a "light dusting of flour" when you roll out your dough without having it bunch up into little piles, "putting it on a silicone mat" is your answer.They roll up for easy storage and unroll perfectly flat again. No problems with clean up, either- they wash easy. These mats work so beautifully I can't imagine that the more expensive brands could possibly work any better; there's nothing to improve upon. We can't be happier with our purchase.

Have been wanting silicone baking mats for a while. Bought this set because I hoped the quarter mats would fit my air fryer but they're too big. Had a smell to them when I removed from box, handwashed them and they still smelled but not as bad. Only if you put your nose to them. The half mats fit my baking sheets and I baked some cookies to test. Cookies slid right off which I was happy about. The cookies did leave imprints on the mats that can be seen at an angle in the light but that doesn't matter to me. Didn't check for imprints after baking/washing again. I did notice that my cookies baked a little different. Not sure if the mats change how evenly the sheet heats up or the rate as my cookies weren't as "pretty" and the mats were the only change to my recipe. Cookies were still good tho, just an observation. My only issue is the smell but I'm hoping it'll lesson/disappear as it airs out and get washed.Update: made a crostata and the fruit juices broke thru the crust and oozed out. Burned onto the mat BUT IT LIFTED RIGHT OFF. Just needed to use my nail to lift the edge of the burned fruit juice and it just peeled off the mat so easily. Now I'm really sold.

We use these almost daily. They're a little stained, but I think that's inevitable with the amount of use they see. Considering what they've been through, I'd say they look great.What made us finally buy silicone baking mats was the fact that they're more tolerant to heat than most parchment paper. Also, we don't like single-use, disposable products like parchment and we've been making more things lately that benefit from a nonstick layer between the food and the pan (baked pakora and cloud bread, for example).These mats protect our baking sheets from the wear and tear of baking at high heat. For example, if there are little drips of batter that get burned onto the mat, it's easy to scrape off. In our experience, those same drips of batter burned onto a nonstick metal baking sheet will ruin it over time.The little spatula and brush that come with these sheets have come in handy, too. We take them camping because they're small and easy to clean. They wouldn't be so useful in our home kitchen because they're so small and we have better tools for the job, but they've been really handy for cooking at campsites.

First off, it’s a long overdue review.
