I like hot food, but I overdid some ribs and got them too hot. I’ll know better next time. Will buy again.

Quality Salt and Pepper Blend
This is pretty good. I have found I like it better on beef than anything else. Not a ton of flavor, other than S and P, but still good.

Stobbs is Texas BBQ
IMO The best barbecue is Texas BBQ if you’re barbecuing beef, Texas, the master of Texas BBQ clearly is Stubbs, I my home, full of his products,. All excellent, but I needed a rub. I looked at all beef brisket recommendations,, find nothing turned me on, but I thought, “Stubbs must make a rub, it rhymes”, , that has to exist, it does,. It’s great, case closed.
