No problems with this light, I hooked it up right away and it works as expected, I might move it somewhere else but I think it's a great simple idea for a hanging light.

I like how easy it is to install this hanging light fixture and the light switch is a great addition to make it easier to turn it ON/OFF without needing to unplug the wire. The rope is sturdy and long enough to hang down from the ceiling. Overall, the quality is great. It looks really nice and it gives a cozy farmhouse vibes

The light works fine and seems to be of decent quality. I just wish it had a dimmer switch. My fault for not reviewing the description more closely - but just be aware - as I'm sure there are other similar quality lights that offer a dimmer switch for similar price point.

I am waiting for the lamp shade to arrive but for now, I tested the hemp rope lighting system, and it works perfectly with the Edison bulb I intend to use with the shade I ordered. I like the natural hemp rope compared to a black or white plastic cord as it gives more of an intentional look instead of having to worry about the eye sore with a black cord against a white wall. You can plug the cord into a Smart light switch to be able to use scheduling to turn the light on/off from afar or install a smart LED bulb for the same purpose.
