How easy is it to fold up? Others I've read about require the removal of screws, which kinda defeats the purpose.

It’s pretty easy. You only have to remove 2-4 screws/nuts and don’t need a tool to do so (from what I remember). I wouldn’t let that stop you from purchasing, I think you’ll enjoy the table.
