I needed a specific size and have an air vent in the lower wall so we needed an open shelf bottom. The price was great. I didn't mind the shipping since Microsoft found me a $20. coupon. Not Prime item but actually a great piece. Every item piece & part is well marked . The instruction book is well detailed. When it arrived we did not open it until the day we assembled. At that time I looked over every piece. Nothing was damaged, nothing was omitted and it was very well packed in multiple layers of dense Styrofoam. Lay all parts lettered in unison and with patience and NO over tightening , with dowl pins & screws the sideboard was assembled. It is higher than most, less expensive, has a great synthetic wood finish with actual wood pieces. Well worth the patience to assemble. It's very sturdy. the hinges on the doors are very easy to align, the drawers fit & glide well. I Think for the cost this Hostack farmhouse style sideboard is just perfect.

It was excactly as described. All parts arrived undamaged due to adequate packaging. Outside of box was heavily damaged so I was suprised. Only note of precaution is not to overtighten anything. 90 degree twist for connectors. I am very pleased with the appearance and functionality of this piece. Measurements were accurate so this very close fit worked well for me. I would buy again.

Arrived in very good shape. Very Good directions. No problems putting it together, other than time-consuming ... took my wife and me 6.5 hours to complete the job. Fun Build! Recommended to you!

It took two of us about 4.5 hours to put this together and it went very well. It's solid and well worth the money.

I bought this to go under a tv which is wall mounted. I needed a place to put the router and modem off the floor. It looks great and is narrow enough to still allow a nice walkway. It was not easy to put together, but that's just because I am 70 and had to spend a lot of time on the floor which bothers my sciatica. The parts fit together nicely, and there were actually spare screws/connections/etc. which makes it nice for those of us who are clumsy and drop things. It ended up looking great. I can't complain about anything actually.

Surprisingly solid piece of furniture! There were a good amount of pieces and parts to work with but the instructions were clear and I only had to do some slight backtracking. Built it all by myself, while distracted, in about 3-4 hours.End result is really great. solid and sturdy. Does not have any wobble or give and I would feel comfortable standing on it. The finish is wood look-a-like vinyl over plywood/particle board but it's THICK and tough and for the price, it's hard to beat.The hardware is pretty good too. The knobs and handles have a nice solid weight to them.Considerations:- Mine came with a pretty noticeable scuff on the legs, but it was a back leg so I didn't bother with it.- Cabinet doors need to be leveled. You wont be able to just screw them in and have it look right. Take the extra time to line them up perfectly before securing them and they will look fantastic.- I wish the drawers came out just slightly more. But other than that they are great.I've built more furniture from Amazon and Ikea than I can even remember and this piece finds itself on the higher end of build-your-own furniture that I have come across. Would recommend.

For the cost this is an ideal coffee bar. It's sturdy and just the right height. I like how the cupboards don't go to the bottom for ease of access for the purpose I'm using it for. The only downside I would say is that when screwing things it, it started to chip a little. Once everything was put together you can't notice as it's hidden under the screws. Just a little disappointing.

Functional, and it's easy enough to assemble. I have been using it for over a month as a coffee and tea station, and it has not been affected by the steam, also it's easy to clean.
