Works great
This kept my house warm and the electric bill average this past winter. I’m looking forward to seeing how well it cools this summer. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Window air conditioner
The function is great so far overall satisfied with product. Purchase for rental which has been over year and have one for myself has been functioning for about 3 years now with no issues yet. The efficiency shut off time is great. noise level is normal no loud noise.

Too complicated
I cannot get it assembled. The screws do not fit so that the side panels can be installed. At this point, it is an overpriced perch for my cats to lay on

HEATS WELL - HAVEN'T USED A/C - VENT DOESN'T MOVE DOWN ONLY UP. DON'T LIKE MINE IS IN MIDDLE OF WALL AND VENT WON'T TILT DOWN. NOT AS QUIET AS I WOULD LIKE BUT OK

Keeps the garage livable
Good unit. Not a terrible power hog. Control system is simple yet it adjusts the fan speed and heat/cool smoothly.

Best AC and Heater
I bought two of them. One for the store and one for my home. Reasons I bought them are because central air at my home and at the store broke down. Frequent repair costs are high and never resolved. This device works well at the store and at my home. It is highly recommended, very quiet and very powerful when generating heat or cold air.

Damaged
I just got this in and the box was damaged, the unit has a bent place on it and some of the fins in the front and back grills is messed up. I haven’t been able to try it yet to see if it works properly.
