My older HP inkjet printer challenges us with finding compatible ink cartridges (HP would rather you replace the printer with a newer model, for which you would need to buy new ink supplies). I found a set of cartridges (standard rather than larger size) with some photo paper on Amazon, ordered it, and got on with my printing.

I love the ink but really don't want or need the photo paper that came with it. I would much prefer the ability to order the ink set alone. It works well and I do use it for printing photos part of the time but I always have left over paper in the size included.

My C5180 printer stopped working with a paper jam statement. The ink was also low. When I replaced the black cartridge the printer started printing. Then the cyan (blue) cartridge showed as low & I replaced it. Now it is printing like new.

I have been using an HP printer for over 30 years. I only use HP ink because the quality is top notch. The cartridge is so easy to change out but unfortunately I can no longer find the larger HP 02 cartridge which held more ink. My printer is almost10 years old but it still work GREAT. I will continue to only us HP products.

These are difficult to find. Most places (Walmart, Office Depot, Target, etc. ) apparently do not stock them anymore.

I hadn't used my printer for several weeks due to illness. I found that five of the six cartridges had expired. So I ordered this six pack. It arrived promptly and looked like other HP inks I had bought in the past. I installed the cartridges and one color cartridge was empty. When I contacted the seller, I was told to send everything back. To do so, meant my printer wouldn't work at all - not even black and white. So I asked them to send me a replacement and I would send the empty cartridge. No, they couldn't do that since it was a set - they are an office supply company, like they don't have a color cartridge in stock. So I said if I removed the cartridge, my printer wouldn't work at all. They then said, send a "picture" of the cartridge - like you could tell from the picture that it was empty. Finally, they offered a credit of about 60% that a new cartridge would cost; I took the credit and went to Office Depot for the replacement. I will never use this company again or order inks from Amazon. I will order from Office Depot or HP. I suggest other do the same.
