Bought for my grandson for coding classes. Works for the intensity of coding

Although we ordered the laptop on 12/3/'25, my husband purchased this laptop for me for Christmas. I did not open it and briefly use it until after Christmas. The second time I tried to use it, regardless of what interventions I took, the laptop would not boot up. Although the product is deficient and malfunctioning, hey charged me over $50.00 to "restock" it. Furthermore, they said it was scratched. I had only kept the laptop in a covered case, which I purchased at the same time I purchased the laptop. I doubt that it was scratched. I have communicated with Amazon and the seller. To date, nothing has been done to recuperate my losses on this laptop. I researched online, and many people are having the same issue with this laptop. Brand new and doesn't work. Then, you're charged outrageous fees to "restock" it, when, in fact, it is their fault that the product is deficient.

I purchased this Lenovo Laptop in November 2024, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. So far, I've had a good experience with it. What I enjoy most is the quick load times, which is a significant improvement over my previous laptop. I also like the lightweight design. It's easy to carry around, making it ideal as a portable workstation.For the price, this laptop offers excellent value. It is reliable and handles everyday tasks with ease. If you're looking for a fast, lightweight laptop with ample storage, the Lenovo V15 G2 is definitely worth considering.

Quick Update: After loading Windows 10, this laptop works very well. I would recommend anyone that buys this laptop downgrade Windows.Not impressed. Even though it has a faster processor than our old laptop, it was significantly slower. After looking into the settings, I found that the processor stays maxed out due to windows apps running in the background (that can’t be turned off). Would be better if it had the older version of Windows installed.
