Excellent quality - easy to transfer data
Excellent, sturdy phone with all the features. It was easy to transfer sim card info from previous phone and continue with AT&T service. It's the perfect flip phone for someone who has an active life. It was shipped super fast and the packaging the best! Very satisfied, thank you very much!!!

Waste of money
Unable to get the phone unlocked, spent over 2 hours dealing with manufacturer and carrier. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!I have wasted hour with the seller, and Kyocera and get nothing. The Whiz Cell sent an email that said they would help. What a lie. They never return my messages It has been over 3 hours and nothing. I tried to call them but all I got was the phone is out of service.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY PHONE OR ON THE WHIZ CELL, BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

Durable build, but battery issue after 2 months
Ordered this to replace several year old phone. Battery stopped working g in 2 months & phone wouldn’t turn on. Customer service was good, sent out new battery which solved the problem and it worked perfectly. Durable phone.

overall these are really good phones
had to send back because the battery didn't stay charged very long. great seller though, gave me a refund. i know people who have these and they say these are very durable, easy to use, small enough to fit in your pocket, and overall just a really good value for your money. I was just buying a refurbished phone that must have still had a bad battery.

Cell Phone Can Be Unlocked - Just Contact Seller
Bottom Line: For those wanting phone unlocked, reach out and email the seller to get the unlock code!Details:So I was concerned when I got the phone and tried to unlock via AT&T website. I got denied (I don't use AT&T service, I use a T-Mobile MVNO). Reading the policy on AT&T, it says there is a 60-day waiting period and I got concerned. I started the return process on Amazon. However, the seller reached out to me when I started the return and gave me the unlock code. It worked immediately (same day I received the phone). I must say I was really impressed with seller Whiz Cells 2. Great customer service.

Just what my husband was looking for. Sadly it only lasted for 6 months. I do not recommend this phone. I have been trying to find help & can't find any.
