Contained parts that don’t belong to the bike. Cheap parts.Directions were in a language I don’t read.Very disappointed.This was for my disabled friend to ride around with me. We haven’t been able to use it.Something always needs to be fixed.

I ordered this bike and it was returned to sender before I ever got it as it was damaged during shipping .. I reordered another one from the same seller before they got the first one back and they taped every inch of the box to make sure nothing happened during shipping .. I’m so excited to have this bike .. my little granddaughter and I have ridden on it on a bike trail .. she loves it .. I love it .. it’s exactly what we wanted and I can’t thank the seller enough for making sure the replacement got here in perfect condition .. if you have little ones this is the perfect bike to have !

Arrived a little damaged (may have been during shipping) since it really is a sturdy frame and was difficult to try to adjust and due to the damage cycle will not fold and unfold like it should. Instructions are not in english but there is a QR code to scan and watch a video or pictures on instructions so youll need some patience. Overall nice!

Do not buy this item. Seller is selling junk and doesn’t refund the money. I bought this for my son who is autistic and it was junk. He couldn’t even ride it. I spent over $500 for nothing!! Seller would only take item back in the original box which we didn’t have. Horrible customer service.

We bought this bike so my son with disabilities could go on bike rides with us. We love the large basket in the front and under the rear seat. The bike is very smooth and isn’t too hard to pedal. Uphill is a little more challenging but I haven’t ridden a bike in years. We are enjoying this bike very much!!!

I bought this bike to pull my son with special needs who is 13. My husband couldn’t get to assembling it for a couple months unfortunately. And when he did and I rode it by myself just part way down our street, it was SO unstable I couldn’t continue. My husband & father figured out it was a welding issue…an issue with the bike itself, not an assembly issue. Long story short, I messaged the seller twice asking for a refund & basically got a “no.”

It was delivered protruding from the box, so im already disappointed, but it gets better. It is wrapped to snot with packing tape! Got it open..not much for pack around it, thin bubble wrap, literally 4, probably 5" sq, styrofoam blocks..luckily they put enough tip ties around the parts and cinched them all together well enough that there really wasn't much damage except for some scratches, n dings here n there, very minor. Oh yeah..the instructions were entirely, I think, Chinese. It was a booklet, 2" by 4" with 6 pictures on each page, at least the pictures were numbered..all in all, because it really wasn't hard to put together if your mechanically inclined, I rate it 4, bike is ready to roll!!
