The only thing that sucks that the settings do reset when you unplug it but that’s because im kinda iffy on my electricity bill at this time haha. But great to have. We received this item but found it to be defective. We returned it and replacement was sent. The directions were difficult at best to program the clock, but ultimately it works and gives a nice display of the time. The seller was very good about promptness of service and return was effortless since "prime" had been notated.

It’s definitely a mini with lots of brightness options, 12/24 option and it has a lengthy cord. It’s easy to tell time on it and from the picture, that’s how small it is.Gives my desk a more modern look with a remote control on hand. The remote control and instructions are a little difficult but with trial and error it’ll be ok.

The program process is very unusual

As a 2nd grade teacher and teach students growing up in a digital era, I found myself hearing ALL DAY..."What time is it?" I bought this and saw a huge shift in independence as students were able to tell the time and keep themselves on their schedule. After seeing it 3 other teachers purchased it for their classroom.

Pros: looks good in the spot where I wanted it on my bookshelf. Kinda works...Cons: The remote/programming interface is annoying. And MOST IMPORTANTLY it doesn't accurately keep time! Every month or two i need to adjust the clock cause I will notice it has fallen 3-4 minutes behind

Bought this item over a year ago, literally fell in love. It's bright, easy to read, always seems to be a conversation piece and we also use it at as a night light in our living room.The problem begins when it broke? It actually still worked just didn't have the correct time, and I couldn't use the remote to change the time it would just start flashing randomly. I was browsing for another one when I thought to reach out to the seller to see if they would be able to help me an any way. To my surprise, they were very helpful and understanding. Literally sent an upgraded model (one where you can actually change the time on the back, instead of just on the remote) through 2 day shipping . AMAZING Customer service. Something you don't find very often these days.

I regret purchasing this alarm clock. The alarm function is all over the place. A few days ago I set the alarm for the first time and it went off a full 36 hours later. Afterward, I checked that the actual clock was set to the correct date and it was. And it’s worth noting that there is NOT a delayed date option when setting an alarm, so I have no idea why it went off over a day and a half later. (Scared the bejesus out of me though.) Last night I set the alarm for 6:30am this morning. The alarm went off at random time a little after 2am. It shouldn’t be this complicated to set an alarm and it definitely shouldn’t be this inaccurate. I wish I could return it.
