It works great and setting it up is Very easy, The button learning features work smoothly, so even if the remote you're looking for is unavailable, you can easily create your remote.

After few months of usage, it’s worth buying and support most of the AC can be controlled by using Alexa with easy.

Works with my AC and TV, but a pain to setup
You have to turn off both wifi auto connect and mobile internet and manually juggle between device wifi and your home wifi to connect took more than 30 minutes and have to keep pressing reset on device after each attempt, poor setup experiance

The app to control the device is trash!
Waste of money!! Don't buy!!!Doesn't not work properly....turns off for unknown reasons and does not respond to commands!!

Too Expensive, Instead Buy Homemate Blaster
Non Returnable, only exchangeable and too much expressive, instead go for Homemate Blaster it is more cheaper then this and easy to use.
