Heavy duty, versatile, true work horse!
When the box arrived, it weighed a lot so right away, I knew I wasn't dealing with cheap, thin materials. I'd say the wagon weighs just a bit more than a bag of horse feed so definitely over 40 pounds. Factor that in when you have to pull your load. After laying out all the parts, it was pretty easy to see where pieces went, which was a good thing because for some reason, no instructions came with mine. Not a problem, I love puzzles. Everything goes together snugly and stays tightened. And as I thought, all the pieces are sturdy, well made and uniformly coated to protect from rust. They even padded the important part of the handle - the grip area!My favorite thing - and there is a lot to love about this workhorse, is the gap in the front panel to allow the pull bar to rest back into the wagon. My old wagon, while more expensive yet flimsy, did not have that feature so the handle would invariably fall forward into the worse places, creating quite a mess. All the panels lock into place and if needed, can be lowered or removed. I'd have preferred something other than a cotter pin holding the panels at the bottom because I'm likely to misplace or drop them someplace undesirable when they are not holding the panel in place. The tops are secured differently, with no loose pieces to try to keep track of.While this wagon is rated for an incredible 600 pounds, I'm not sure it really can carry that much nor should it - how would you pull it? It does have the ability to be attached to your atv or other equipment (I have attached it to my riding mower which is made to do so) but the most I have hauled with it so far has been maybe 240 pounds of feed and/or hay and I'd say that was a full load space-wise. Two of us have sat in it (with one side panel removed) to take a break from chores, with a combined weight just under 400 pounds and each time we could feel give happening. We didn't see any bend but it made us doubt the 600 pound claim. We certainly won't plop ourselves down haha! The steering is responsive and it handles irregular, bumpy terrains as well as mud and sand just fine. It hoses down nicely and as I said earlier, that gap in the front panel makes it so the handle isn't in the way, especially for storage. If I find any reason to not like this or any issues arise after a decent time of use, I'll update this review!

My Little Green Wagon - Medium Duty
I recently acquired this wagon kit for evaluation; it's something I felt could be very useful around our home. We live on several acres in the country. I'm always working on projects and things needing repair - usually away from my shop. Dollies are not good for carrying tools around and that's all I've had. Making only one trip out and back to the "project du jour" is a good thing!Basic Specs Comment: This wagon is advertised as a "Heavy Duty 600lbs Capacity Mesh Steel Garden Cart Folding Utility Wagon." The wagon has nice pneumatic 10" tires with ball bearings. The sides, front and back fold down very nicely. The pulling handle can be split to enable connection to a lawn tractor. As an engineer, I will prefer to use this wagon for light and medium duty. I believe 600lbs could quickly stress the wheel bearings and damage the metal mesh - so I'm going to be more conservative in my use. What I Like:Steering - There is a connection bar like a tie rod between the front wheels which keeps them aligned for easy and stable turning. I haven't seen this feature much on less expensive wagons. It steers nicely. There is a foam rubber tube around the handle to keep the paint from chipping off when the handle is upright - nice touch. The sides, front, and back of the wagon can be removed if you need a flatbed configuration. They are also easily folded down for loading or unloading. You may need to experiment when you install the pins for the side pieces. I noticed if you insert them from the wrong direction, the side panels will not go straight down (180 degrees) all the way as they should. Instead, they will only go down about 130 degrees which could cause the hinges to bend or break if a load were applied or drug across a "partially down side."My Recommendations:Be careful when filling the tires with an air compressor. The tires are small and it only takes a few seconds to fill them to capacity. The instructions recommended 38-40 psi max. The tires were embossed with 30 psi for maximum load. I used 32 psi as a compromise. The instruction book is in fairly low-resolution B&W. I had a hard time seeing which direction a few of the components like the front and rear axle supports were installed. I installed the rear support incorrectly the first time and had to redo it. Mostly because of the poor resolution pictures, it took me more like 2 hours 10 min rather than the stated "assembles in less than 10 min" to build the whole wagon. Granted, I took my time. If I were doing it again, I'm guessing it might take me 20-30 min max once the pieces are all identified and laid out. Conclusion: I really like this little green wagon. I've already used it to carry tools and a stool around the yard to bolster-up some of the Christmas decorations which have been impacted by our recent windstorms. I will store it out of the weather and hope to get many years of use from it. Despite the issues with the instruction manual, I rate the overall wagon quality, design, utility, and assembly at 5-stars. I enjoyed building it. I hope my review is of value to you.

Took a while to assemble, but overall a great cart
So, like my title says it took a while to assemble, but overall a great cart. Whether you can put things together or you can’t, assembly is simple, just a little lengthy. Followed the directions or YouTube it if you need to. This is a nice little cart, very sturdy for carrying medium to heavy objects in the garden, and right now that the temperatures are cold, is great for moving pots into, your covered areas or garage to protect over the winter. It is not an extreme heavy duty as some carts advertised to be, this is a medium duty that does handle pretty good workload, and can carry many things, it all depends how far you want to push it. After it is all assembled after the lengthy process that it takes is done, it is ready to use and definitely great for your rugged, uneven ground that may be your garden or Rock area. Is great as well if you want to throw a small tarp in it and shovel some rock or something similar to fill in areas it will definitely do the job. Now I mean like limestone rock or shadow rock not boulders or massive stones. You would definitely bend the cart by doing that. But common sense hopefully deter you from that. I love it, definitely going to get one for my mom as she loves gardening, and Sometimes needs help moving pots into her garage for the winter. This is a great option for when I’m not available or she can’t wait. Great gift idea, for your weekend or full-time gardener. Not a bad option at all. To me, this is a nice Tool to have in your garden. Very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend.
