Dermatica Clarifying Azelaic Acid 15% Cream, Lightweight and Fragrance Free (30ml)

I like the serums better honestly but am having a hard time finding 15% or above in the serum her in the US without a prescription. I have not seen any results as far as redness. I don't have acne bad but use adapalene for that and that works amazing for me. Too early to see results from this so I will try to remember to update if I do. Probably won't order again because it's super expensive with no amazing results. Yet. But that could change :)

The formula is moisturizing and gentle, but it works to clear dark spots. Love it!

Background: I have combo oily/dry skin and minimal dark spots. I use this intermittently instead of consistently because the patches of dark spots tend to seem ashier and dryer if I use it for say, 3-5 days in a row (even with follow-up hydrating cream). I also only use this in the three areas with discoloration, NOT MY ENTIRE FACE.✅ Pros:-Because my "dark" spots are minimal, after about 2 months of intermittent use they did seem to fade a little, especially after using this on and off-It seems to absorb well❌ Cons:-Does not smell great, like spoiled yogurt, but it fades and you get used to it-It will dry out patches of skin with consistent use, hence why I use this intermittentlyI'm happy with the pigment reduction on my patches of discoloration, it works! I won't be needing another bottle after I am done. Those with much heavier discoloration and darker skin tones may need more time to see visible results.

Has a slight burning feel that lasts awhile so I don't use it too frequently.

I can’t believe how bad this smells. I have used all types of skin care and this is the worst smelling one yet. It’s listed as fragrance free but there is a strange fishy stink that comes from this. I smelled it immediately once I pumped it into my hand. Maybe I just got a dud one but I wanted to mention it in case anyone’s experienced this too

I was excited to try using this cream and am so happy I did. It’s very lightweight and non-greasy…just put a pump of product onto your hand and rub into face…goes on gently and smooth. It’s moisturizing and comfortable, have noticed it has helped with the redness in my skin and calms any redness down. Been using it every day/night and have noticed a significant difference in the texture of my skin, it’s so much smoother. Will definitely continue to use this.

Definitely see the improvement on my skin. But I am not sure if it does brighten your skin though. Still love what it can do to the acnes on my skin.
