Dryland Powercord with Paddles,Swimming Arm Strength Trainer, Professional Freestyle Swimming Resistance Exercise Bands Set

I am a triathlete recovering from rotator cuff injuries with both shoulders, and my doctor wanted me to use resistance bands to strengthen both shoulders before returning to the pool. I got resistance bands to do general exercises but couldn't really duplicate swimming motions while holding onto the bands. So I got these resistance cords w/ paddles hoping they would be better in that regard. And they've worked very well. The cords provide at least similar resistance as each arm moves through the stroke positions, and the paddles allow a much more natural hand position while doing so.I was also concerned that the resistance would be too heavy to start with so I got the light-weight resistance cords (yellow). These provided just enough resistance that I can feel it, without so much that I tire out too fast. I wanted something that would provide an easy entry-point, and the yellow cords did exactly that.I'm glad I got the cords with paddles, even though I already had standard resistance bands. The paddles made a huge difference. If/when I need to get a higher resistance (for instance, if the pools stay closed for much longer) I'll just get the next stronger set of cords with paddles.

Shipped on time, looks to be as advertised. Hooking it up this weekend to actually try the product. Purchased for my kids to train in the off season.

I used these while I was not allowed to swim (during surgery recovery). 3 weeks out of the water and I came back faster than before my surgery thanks to the strength I gained from using these bands

I've had the product for a few days and it is working really well. It is as advertised.Due to coming from China and shipping complications due to Covid-19, it took a month and a half to arrive. Not only did it take over 2 weeks to get to the United States, but then it took over 2 more weeks to me after it arrived in California.I'm pleased with the product, but taking over 6 weeks to arrive is keeping me from rating this any higher.

I purchased the dryland powercord as a birthday present for a high school nephew who is on the swim team and is trying to keep up with dryland training during the COVID-19 pandemic. The powercord comes in a small mesh bag; everything fits in the bag, so it's a good option to throw into a suitcase or backpack when traveling. My one recommendation is that it would be helpful to have an instruction sheet to show how best to attach the cord to various objects (e.g. pole, fence post, etc) and a guide and/or video to show the different exercises that you can do with it. It doesn't come with any paperwork, which was surprising.
