Q: can this use for a truck charged with materials with a total weight around of 7000 or 4000 pound or less?

I would say yes. The claw will push into the ground, if you are in anything soft. The pulling force on the strap is the concern here. If you were to get the claw on a rock and lift the truck out of a hole and over the hard object, rock or log, that would put quite a bit of stain on the strap. The claw would hold up. I use on a 2500 pulling a trailer. Not problems yet.

No, I guess it won’t fit the small holes of your wheel. Sorry

I bought the devices for our farm equipment. Fortunately, I have not had the opportunity to use it.It's very basic equipment and believe it will work on a car. I recommend watching a YouTube video on the device. It's what motivated me to buy it.Hope that was helpful.
