Have used this brand many times and am very happy with the quality.

These are going to be nice pens.

Biggest issue is the twist mechanism. All the twist mechanism are so loose they close just under the pressure of writing. I only use them to make display pens. They look fine but I wouldn't gift one.***update*** so pushing the twist mechanism in a little further helps keep them from backing down. I did end up leaving some around my work, and people really like them. Most surprising, is that the ink cartridges are actually pretty good. I still wish the twist mechanism was stiffer, but it's not as bad as I originally thought.

These were cheap, but a little too cheap. If you put the pen tip in the plastic press like normal it will dimple the metal. The pen clip is too easy to bend. The pen transmission is too loose when retracted after a few times twisting it. The pen cartridges write ok but not very clean. They look amazing assembled but I feel my brand will suffer if I sell my pens for higher prices because the quality is poor. I won't buy them again.

They weren't separated I had to separate them and patch them all up but other than that they were great

All the parts were there everything came as stated

Turned 10 of these along side 10 each from two brick and mortar stores (both national retailers with websites)It was easy to tell which tubes came from Colarr kits. Softer, thinner, and a bit finicky when installing. Unlike some other reviewers, I did not have any complete fails. More obvious are the visible parts -- thinner plating; again, "softer". They don't appear as if they will hold up as well.If you are donating these to an audience that is likely to treat them as throwaways, then good enough probably is. If you are hoping to get repeat customers or referrals, invest the extra buck a pen.
