My Favorite Yarn!
I bought this yarn to make my husband a scarf last year because I wanted to use natural materials. Man is there a difference between the feel of this and the feel of acrylic yarn! Acrylic yarn was always scratchy to me and was uncomfortable to work with when crocheting or knitting texture wise. But this yarn is super soft. Not silly, but not scratchy either. Buttery is the only way I can describe it.The crochet hook can move through the yarn easily and it is very forgiving if you make a mistake. It also doesn’t tangle as easily as some yarns I’ve used as it doesn’t seem to fray as much and stays together well, even with multiple strands. I tried the same pattern I used for my husband’s scarf with a different kind of wool yarn and the difference was night and day. The other wool was super scratchy, tangled easily, did not let you take it apart easily if you made a mistake and ripped frequently. I finally gave up on it and switched back to this brand! Now I’m making a scarf for my son. My only issue with this is they don’t have multicolored yard, but that’s okay, I put three different colors together and the result is what you see in the picture. My husband said that his scarf was nice and warm last winter and I’m debating about making this a coat for my son instead of a scarf because it’s so thick. For reference too, the balls are kind of small, but you get a lot out if them, surprisingly. For a man’s scarf that was about 6 inches by 6ish foot long, I think I only used two of the size 3 yarn balls that came in the three pack. Or maybe I used all three, I can’t remember, but I thought I only used two. Regardless, one bag of yarn was PLENTY for a Tunisian crochet scarf project. Judging by that, you could probably make a couple small items from the three pack like socks, gloves/mittens, or a baby/toddler outfit, maybe even a small stuffed animal easily. For a large project like a blanket or sweater, you would definitely need a few bags of the three yarn balls, but for a smaller project one should be fine. I don’t think I’ve ever use another yarn!

I have ordered from this merchant often and have always been pleased with the yarn. The quality is great, and the colors are rich. I am very happy that the delivery is expeditious, so I receive the yarn while the inspiration strikes!

Very soft and warmer than wool
To make a nice thick hat, I knit two strands together. I think it is called marling and the result is a very thick hat.

Love the Fingering Weight Yarn for Socks
I am pretty new to knitting so my yarn experience is more limited. However, I do love this yarn for socks. I have used other fingering weight yarn for socks but this yarn is a joy to work with. The finished product is soft and warm. It stretches a bit so you can knit tight but still get a good fit when you wear it. The three skeins that come with one order are enough to make a pair of adult socks with one skein left over. I’ve now ordered this yarn in three colors and have always been pleased with the results.

Yarn length
I love working with this yarn, I just wish the 3 small balls came in 1 bundle so I don’t have to keep tying knots for an adult hat. Do you offer longer lengths on the bulky?

This is where all that yarn went
Incredibly soft, great color and stitch definition. I would grind it up and snort it if I could- I love it that much. The scarf is 8’ by 14” and I doubled up on the yarn to make it bulkier. I’m planning to make more in other colors. Is there a Yarn Addicts Anonymous?

Okay but VERY SMALL
Bought for an older relative who likes to knit. But this is too much of an indulgence at this price

itchy, sheds, not bulky as advertised, no value for the money
The 3 tiny skeins come sealed in a package, that needs to be cut or torn open to get to the yarn. If it hadn't, I would have sent the item right back as soon as I touched the yarn, but as I had ruined the packaging I reluctantly decided to keep it.First impression: Not soft at all, not bulky, lots of fuzz.It isn't nearly good enough for the project I had in mind, so I decided to find some use for it and I am knitting a pair of $30 gloves. I am using a pattern that calls for worsted weight and 4.5mm needles, which is about right for this yarn, it is certainly not bulky.I have enough of the 1st glove done that I am now able to put my hand in, and it is very objectionably itchy. Gloves don't have to be the softest thing in the world, but I am really not sure I will be able to tolerate wearing these. I have items made with dollar-store acrylic that don't bother me a bit, vs this stuff being unwearable.Working on this project has been like spending hours hugging a shedding pet, I have hairs clinging all over my clothes. Also while knitting I have run into some defects in the yarn (which became little blemishes in the project), which I would expect to find in a cheaper product.I am kicking myself for not just sending this yarn back in its ripped-open packaging.

Another fantastic yarn
This yarn is so soft and beautiful to handle. It feels like butter to work with. Color yellow is right on as described. This company's yarn color choices are rich, vivid and very satisfying.
