Yes. I’m left handed. You just switch the straps.

The one I purchased and received on 7/30/22 didn't come with the patch, pretty disappointed. The patch was one of the features for me buying this item in the first place!

No not really removable. unless you worked at it. It is stitched in very well. It is a quality product. Patriotism or not very well made!
