| 4K 400ft HDMI Extender Over Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat7 Ethernet Cable with Loop-Out, IR Control, Cascading

I'm using this convertor to run cctv video down the road to a security guard station .....PERFECT!!!

After reading many of the reviews positive and negative, I found these extenders to work perfectly. I used a previously installed 75' run of cat5 cable that has been there for at least 7 years. Hook-up was very simple and right away I got perfect video and audio in 1080I. That's all I can ask for since my Fios DVR only supports up to 1080I.I have had them running for about 24 hrs now and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend this product.

These are great! Not sure why others had any issues. They are very clearly marked Input (on one) and output (on the other).I am running an hdmi monitor out from my Marantz receiver straight to hdmi extender. Then via cat5 Ethernet to an outdoor tv. The Ethernet was there when I bought the house so I wanted to find a solution that could use that. Zero issue with latency or video quality loss. I can see both TVs (one through a window) and they looked perfectly in sync pushing 1080p video.Now I know most people won't have a dual hdmi output receiver (they are for the harder core audiophiles). But these hdmi extenders would work well with any cable box, DVD/BD/4K player. I'm still surprised at how simple they are to use.

Didnot work at all. I bridged the receiver and the transmitter using a 200ft Cat6 cable. When I went to the other room to check, no signal. Every now and then you could see a distorted frame or two on the output TV before going back to "no signal". I thought maybe it's not working due to the long cable run (200 ft) despite being claimed in the description. I took a working 3 ft Cat5e cable and connected the two devices together. Again, no signal. It did not even work over a 3ft Cat5/e cable. Extremely disappointed. I will be returning this unit.

My configuration is an Epson projector + Expert Connect HDMI extender (transmitter/receiver) over 80ft Cat6 + Yamaha receiver + Roku Ultra. It works great for 99% of the time and the picture quality is awesome. The only downside is the Expert connect HDMI receiver needs power cycled every once in awhile. The picture will be great and then you'll start noticing weird blocks/distortions across the screen. It's only happened twice in 3 months, and it's only required unplugging the receiver and plugging it back in. - I'll update the review as we continue to use the extenders.

Works as expected. Great quality 4k video and audio. Easy to setup as long as you follow all the steps in the little 2 page quick start.

The extender works intermittently, and the receiver has to be reset very frequently every time I turn on the TV. It claims it will work up to 200ft with a cat6 cable, and I only have a 50ft round cable (the trouble shooting guide noted that FLAT cat6e wire will not work, BUT WAS NOT NOTED/WARNED in the product page. Even with the change using round wire, the frequent need to resetting the receiver persistsExpert Connect | HDMI Extender Over Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat7 Ethernet Cable Up to 330 Feet ( 200 Feet Ethernet Cable + 130 Feet HDMI Cable ), 1080p, 3D). Very annoying! I would consider other HDMI extender.
