Well this thing works so good I couldn't even get outside to see the baby rabbits. Do you see it. A little baby rabbit. It took a while for me to get the product but that is because I always ask for the ground shipment by bicycle. I'm against burning gas because it makes me cough. Have you guys every smelled burning gas?? Ewwww.Anyway, I put the slider door lock together, tried to bend it on my leg. Nope, no bend. It's solid as a shale rock. You know that sandy shale rock? The other day there was a big crow outside. Pretty sure he was trying to break into the house but he looked in and saw the door lock and turned around. I yelled, "that's right Crow, turn your tail feathers around." Get this lock. It's been a life changer.

Easy to put together and install and very effective product. There’s no way anyone could open our sliding door/doorwall with this bar in place. I love that it’s adjustable and comes with extension rods so it could, realistically, be placed in many different doorways and windows to prevent home invasion or even a small child from trying to run out of the house. Once in place, with the nonslip caps on the ends and the locking pin set, it is extremely stable. My husband travels, so when I’m alone with the kids at night, this bar gives me peace of mind since sliding door locks are so flimsy. It’s also nice that the bar comes in multiple colors.

Awesome for sliding glass doors. Fits a wide range, feels very secure and is made with really good materials.It might be one of the best items I have ever purchased on Amazon. Ok, that is going a little far but this product is really great for my needs so… six stars!

This was so easy to put together and put in my sliding glass door to leave it open just to where I could feel safe and no one’s body could fit through !! Now I can have my sliding glass door open getting fresh air and feeling safe at the same time. It’s a win-win !!! thank you.

Fits like a glove, blends in and does not draw attention to the fact there's a bar in the opening. I'm embarrassed to say, that prior to purchasing this I was using a piece of 2 x 4 wood, which was very noticeable. I wish I had found this sooner.
