Not very good and not worth the money. Money can be better spent.
I have bought and used a number of different sat navs for my motorhome and I keep going back to the Sygic version that you can use on any phone or tablet.I bought the AGR720 EU caravan de luxe believing the advertising but it has an awful lot of shortcomings that make it very awkward and uninspiring to use, and also quite alarming at times.I had hoped it really would avoid narrow roads after telling it my motor-home dimensions, but no, I have just been directed up single track farm roads with grass growing up the middle including five right angle bends!Another really annoying thing is that the power supply plugs into a cigar socket and most of these power off with ignition. As far as I can find there is no option to turn off auto power function on Aguri and it completely powers off, not just goes to sleep. There is a chance to control how it will shut down but that is delayed so you don't notice it until it is too late.If you stop for petrol when you start up you then have to go through a full boot up that takes over a minute and thats if you watch it continually and press each button straight away, NAVIGATE, START, OK, Select your choice of route, and lastly GO. What a pain, you have only pulled in for petrol and it doesn't start up where you left off. You go throgh this every time the ignition is turned off, and incidentally it powers ON automatically with the ignition, so you would thing that if you turn the ignition off and think OOPs no, and turn it back on. Too late its in power down mode and will not recover.I regret buying what is basically an Android Tablet with a poor Sat Nav. I wish I had stuck with my Samsung tablet and Sygic Navigation which cost a few pounds for the software if you have suitable device. But having got it now, as it is an android device, I have just downloaded Sygic on to it to use it that way. I have used TomTom devices and they have a nasty habit of cutting corners off as its quicker, small roads and housing estates not with standing. I have found Sygic to be the best for avoiding that sort of thing and would recommend it for motorhomes. Incidentally I have tried TomTom truck software and that does work but takes a much greater route due to truck drivers preferences and it doesn't always get it right. I once was on a campsite that it insisted I approach from the northern end of the road which entailed an extra 12 miles. We later went the other way and found the road was not only suitable but 30 ton quarry wagons use it all the time. There is no such thing as a perfect sat nav unfortunately. I have nothing to do with any sat nav company, I just hope that the information will help someone make a better decision than I have just done.

Another Top Class Product
Puchased this unit after hearing lot's of good things about it and it hasn't let me down. I recently toured France and parts of Spain and it guided me seamlessly from town to town navigating some perilous one way systems on the way. It has a very handy feature that displays the speed limits too, so I always knew what speed to drive at. When you're driving a large vehicle, you need as much help as you can get, so having the speed limits clear indicated on the screen gave me one less thing to think about, especially when speed limit signs were sparce to say the least! The device also comes with a section called 'Specialist POIs' (Points of interest) and this contains thousands of campsites and motorhome stopovers throughout the UK and Europe. Aguri claim over 30,000 but I didn't count them all! It certainly covered all the destinations we visited during our trip. The important part about this data though is the accuracy of each location. I learnt this from Aguri's very helpful customer service team. Previously when touring France and Spain with my old sat nav, I would have to navigate to an address using a post code and this would often end in trouble as the post codes in France and Spain often cover a very large area, especially in rural areas. I'd arrive at the central point of the post code only to find that wasn't particularly close to where I needed to be. The specialist POI data is significantly better, navigating you to the entrance of each campsite as the entrance has been plotted using GPS so you are guided straight there. It's features like this that really set this unit apart from the rest. Couple of other notable features - it's built-in dash cam records everything that happens in front of you which could be very useful if anything happens when driving at home or abroad, plus built-in WiFi. Updates are as simple as they could possibly be. Much better than spending an age trying to get the unit to talk to your PC! This unit genuinely made my recent trip 10 times more relaxing than normal. If you're looking for a sat nav for your motorhome or caravan, I couldn't recommend this one more highly!

Extremely easy to set up
we originally ordered a cheaper Sat Nav for our Motorhome and couldn't even set up the time on it let alone set up a trip, so it got sent straight back, on the other hand the Aguri even though it as many functions it was extremely easy to set up, and we are blown away with the many different functions it has including a Camara. We have done other trips and got into some sticky situations using an ordinary Sat Nav on our phones so felt we really needed to purchase one that you could dedicate to the uses of a Motorhome, in actual fact this is a multi Vehicle use so we can use it in our car too we just choose which one we are using. We feel very happy with it so far and are looking forward to our next trip in our Motorhome knowing we are not going to be going down roads that are to narrow or where there are hight restrictions. So has to saying goes you get what you pay for!! :)

I will be going for a Garmin
Having just purchased our first motorhome it was suggested we buy a sat nav which you can incorporate the size of the vehicle, as we had ours with a tracker and alarm, the advert that was in with the alarm and tracker I went for, I always read the reviews and make my decision based upon them, some were critical a lot praised it, so I ordered mine through amazon it came the next day I inputted all details that was needed, and did a trial route from were we live to the Yorkshire dales. It took down roads I wouldn't take my car nevermind a motorhome, I tried inputing the size again even bigger but it still took me down the same route, which was less than half a mile from were we live, I had it 1 day and returned to amazon the next day even after a week we are still waiting for our refund.1. Too many apps2. Dash cam works only when you either tell it too or you can ask it too start when switched on.3. It needs a WiFi connection when not connected to your phone.4. Touch screen mode is very annoying and slow.
