Poor product
Almost impossible to grow in the setup this kit has. Plus it was really hard to water - the top inch or two would be dry - the rest would be soaking.

Great product
I’ve bought many of these in the past from online and Target and they’ve all bloomed with no issues. I was really disappointed when my strawberries didn’t grow. I reached out and they quickly replaced them. Thank you!! Awesome customer service

Didn't grow past the size of a needle
It never grew. Tried multiple seeds until I had 1 start. Never grew and died. Total waste of money. I tried to get my money back but that didn't happen. Don't bother people 😡

Disappointed
I bought this because my daughter really wants to grow strawberries and this looked easy but it's not mine came with broken fertilizer sticks and the jar is completely full there is no where for anything to grow and I'm not with plants so I don't know how to fix it... waste of money and the description was misleading

Strawberry seeds never sprouted
Unfortunately the plant never sprouted. This was one of 5 back to roots products I’ve purchased (3 tomato planters, 1 pepper planter, 1 strawberry planter).I’ve followed the directions carefully and fully for all planters, past and present. I’ve had success with all of my tomato plants as well as my pepper plant. This strawberry planter was the only one that didn’t even sprout after being planted.Will not discourage me from trying other planters, but I likely won’t buy the strawberry ones again.

The strawberry plant starter kit is cool! It comes with everything you need to get started, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow, even for beginners. The kit includes soil and container, so I didn’t need to buy anything extra. It’s been fun to do with child. If you’re looking for a fun and easy gardening project, this kit is perfect! Highly recommend for both kids and adults.

I followed the instructions to a "T" for planting, watering and sun. Didn't get one plant to form.
