The thing I noticed the most about these compared to other apple cider vinegar gummies is that they had a very strong vinegar smell coming out , but tasted more like the apple side of things. The taste was fairly bold compared to some of the other gummies I've tried. Not in a bad way, just surprising.The only minor complaint I might have, and I did not deduct for it, is that these are not sugar free. Other than that the otherwise check all of the proper boxes.

These Keto gummies are 2000mg of apple cider vinegar and are packed with folate and vitamin B12 also. You can tell there's apple cider vinegar - it's hard to mask that taste and smell - but the pomegranate juice powder helps make it easier to handle. The gummies are pretty big, so taking two at a time seems like a lot, but you can take up to six per day, if you need. I wouldn't do that because then the bottle barely lasts more than a week. Overall, it's a great supplement to a keto diet and the easiest way to get your apple cider vinegar down.

I’ve tried several varieties of ACV Gummies and this one, by JUSTIFIED LABORATORIES, tastes the best, hands down.The flavoring to counteract the vinegar is derived from apple, carrot, beet and pomegranate, although some of that may be used for color too.There is the scent of vinegar, but it’s mild and didn’t bother me at all.What may bother you and I did take notice of, was the higher calories per serving, about double what some other ACV gummies offer. Some are just 10 calories, they average about 15, these are 30. To be sure, it’s not a huge amount and not a dealbreaker for me, but if you are watching your calories, this may matter. 5g of added sugar, glucose syrup and dextrose for sweetening, seems like a lot to me.That said, these do offer a whopping serving of apple cider vinegar, 2000mg, much more than the measly 250-500mg of some other varieties I’ve tried. That’s impressive. Now I see why they put IGNITE and EXTREME on the label. These can pack a punch.They also toss in generous doses of folate and vitamin B. Nice!The texture is chewy, as expected, but it doesn’t stick to your teeth as much as some other ACV gummies. They pour individually from the bottle without trouble.You can take two gummies per serving up to three times per day, which is different. Usually it’s just two a day. Some are just one a day. I guess more is better, up to a point, regarding ACV, folate and Vitamin B.You are directed to take these with 8oz. of water 20 minutes before a meal, for best results. I imagine, the “results” have to do with activating the Ketosis properties via ACV. I can’t claim that I’ve experienced weight loss from taking ACV gummies and I imagine a wholistic approach to diet, exercise, rest, etc., has a more likely chance for success, if that is your intent.The purported health benefits of daily ACV supplementation may include: aiding weight loss, reducing cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels and improving the symptoms of diabetes. These benefits are not proven and more studies are needed. Still, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence to suggest that it may benefit you. They offer much more ACV than other brands and include Folate and Vitamin B. If you can afford it, this is a good choice, but I would look for ACV gummies with “decent” amounts of ACV, say in the 1000-1500mg range, for $15 for a 30 day supply.

If someone wants to take apple cider vinegar for its health benefits, these are one way to do it. The scent of vinegar is strong but the flavor is sweet enough to make it palatable. My concern is that these are labeled as Keto but I don’t believe them to be. People on the Keto diet severely limit their carbs and generally avoid processed sugar. If you took even a two-gummy dose of these each day, it would count as 7 carbs (5 of them from processed sugar) and could severely cut into your carb allowance for the day. Many people on such diets limit their carbs to 35 grams or so.As I mentioned, these gummies have a sweet flavor that I find palatable, although the cider does come through so they do not hide it. These are smooth texture but I do need to let them soften before I chew them as they stick to bridgework. So long as someone is not bothered by the ingredients, they could be a good source of apple cider vinegar but I am disappointed in the labeling.

These gummies taste great and actually taste of apple cider vinegar. I like the texture and consistency of each gummy as you chew it. It does not feel gritty nor does it feel too gummy it is the perfect balance of shoe if that makes sense. It's easy to store and these gummies will not melt however I would not test that by putting it in high temperature areas. As of the benefits I will continue to test them but as of now I do notice that my appetite is suppressed and I am feeling full longer.

Not only do these taste great but they really helped curb my appetite. The only problem is the suggestion is take 1 to 3 times daily and if I take 2 gummies- 3 times daily the bottle won't last. I would like to be able to have at least a month's supply. I would recommend I just wish the bottle contained more.

ACV may not be your cup of tea. The flavor is strong here, which I happen to like. It makes these gummies a nice change from overly sweet varieties designed for palates with an aversion to anything acidic.
